Beautiful beach on Lake Winnipesaukee, classic camp house, comfortable and clean; perfect for a girls weekend!! Best part was drinking coffee in the am while sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the beach looking over the lake!!

Derek was quite friendly, prompt, and responsive and clearly values the guest's experience. It is a lovely cottage that matches the description that is provided on the website. My friends and I stayed for 3 days and had a great time enjoying the private beach, having nightly fires by the water, going kayaking, swimming, and just hanging out. The cottage is very cozy and it was very easy to settle in. All and all, my friends and I recommend this place and think Derek was a great host.

The beach here is absolutely fantastic and very unique. Lots of water equipment and toys. Super nice. The house is quaint and clean. We loved staying here.

House was in a perfect spot, Meredith is adorable. Cottage was quaint with a couple spots needing some updating. But the view and location made up for any of that! Amazing sunrise and moonrise. Lots of water activities available and great fire pit. Thanks Derek and family.

Incredible location on lakefront with stunning views. Accommodating for our family of 5 with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We plan to return next year.
