We had the wonderful stay. Ate Sharon was so helpful and help and assist us on our entire stay. The house is peaceful and homy, although it seems a bit confusing at first but when we had our course and Ate taught us what to do and where to go, everything was good. Recommend this place and will be back again next time for another adventures like diving. The Villa has service boats for pick/trnasfer, island hopping so it made things and the stay easy. Thank you so much😍 and by the way special thanks to the host that is so helpful though sometimes got late replies on some of our messages, but it is still since Ate Sharon is there all the time.. Next time again❤️

This review is as much of the host as it is of the property. 1 positive takeaway was how helpful he was with arranging our transport from Cebu to Malapascua. However, this listing we originally booked was so unlivable that we didn't last more than 10 minutes before needing to be moved to the upstairs unit within the same compound which was barely an improvement. It was apparent that not even minimal cleanliness was maintained, multiple dead cockroaches were found, floors were so unclean our feet were black from walking on it, but most of all, was how unbreathable the air was due to a massive mold problem in their kitchen cabinets. We had to turn to Airbnb for mediation after explaining the situation & having a request to adjust our dates be rejected by the host. After 2 uncomfortable days of stalling & time wasted (where we were told staff had been fired due to the situation) we were finally able to get our money back with 0 help from our host.

Our host was fantastic providing a kettle and washing liquid & bin bags when requested. Property is located in a compound with three other properties and a optional karaoke bar where you will always find the helpful staff and children ready to help and greet you with a smile. Communal hammocks tables and chairs available for all properties in the compound. Thanks for a great stay

The listing is spacious and although it only has 1 bedroom(as advertised) i think it can also accommodate large groups because they also have extra beds. It was clean upon arrival and all the amenities listed on the description was working. Sir Rico was very hospitable and accommodating, and also his staff. They’re responsive, easy to deal with and always ready if we need something. He even lets us use his videoke for free for my friend’s birthday. Thank you sir! Highly recommended👍

The host was incredible. anything we needed or wanted they were able to accommodate us. The host even went as far as to help coordinate special events such as an in home massage, manicure and pedicure, tours of the island, snorkeling and put me on the right path to help me propose to my now fiance. i highly recommend staying at this place if you are visiting malapascua island.
