Très belle vue de la chambre et terrasse. Maria est une excellente hôtesse, très avenante et qui donne de bons conseils. L’appartement est très haut dans la montagne mais à côté du terminus d’autobus pour descendre à Amalfi. Tout était super!

Maria’s place was so cute and clean! She greated us was a friendly smile, and even helped us with our luggage. She provided snacks and drinks for us. When it rained the first full day we were there, she offered to drive us into town, and even made us homemade pasta for lunch that day. She always checked to make sure we were good, and gave us a weather report. Maria went above and beyond our expectations with being so hospitable, and made us feel right at home. The little town of Pogerola was so cute and quaint, that we instantly fell in love. We loved listening to the goats and chickens, and the church bells ringing, and was a good escape from busy Amalfi. We would absolutely come and stay and Maria’s place again!

Maria was an excellent host. Proactive, great communicator, baked us some apple pie, and even drove us early morning because we had to meet our guide for a Capri boat tour at the Amalfi square. The space was clean, immaculate, had snacks and drinks. Comfortable bed. Breathtaking view from above! Quiet and away from the city centre. A 20 minute ride away from the Amalfi centre and the bus is always on time. Maria organized our transportation from the train station and then to the airport. She was always available if we needed anything.

Maria was the best host we’ve ever had. So kind and generous, gave us many detailed recommendations for restaurants, bakeries, gelato shops and more. We were greeted with fresh pasta - it really doesn’t get any better than that! Highly recommend staying here if you want an authentic and relaxing Italian experience for a few days. The restaurants in the Pogerlora square were all lovely and it wasn’t a long bus trip down to Amalfi. The bus stop can get quite hectic in Amalfi so be prepared for that but that is expected during high season. Would stay here again!

We loved staying at Maria’s home. She was the best Host we have ever had. She is so close in case we needed anything, but she had everything we could have ever needed in her home ♥️♥️!!
