Not bad, clean and had most of what we needed. Beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. Bathrooms were clean. A few minor things that could have been better, but nothing major. Could not find a hairdryer in the unit. King bed upstairs had a very loose headboard that knocked against the wall. No hand soap in kitchen. Be aware that parking is really tight for two cars. The wood floors were pretty were kinda wonky and beat up but it didn’t affect anything, just something I noticed. Checking in at the front desk is a totally unnecessary step, it’s apparent it’s just so they can offer you a chance to attend an “open house” to hear their timeshare sales pitch. I had to say no thank you more than once before I just left left the desk. Finding the complex and the unit were pretty easy and it’s a good location. Didn’t use the pool facilities so I can’t speak to that but the outdoor pool area looked like it was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and we lived our stay! The community is beautiful and the house had plenty of room for 6 of us. Very cozy. It’s far enough away way to be out of the hustle and bustle but still close enough that you can get anywhere you need with ease. Highly recommend staying here! If we are back in Branson this will be our go to place.
