A 3 bed bungalow with off road parking on a quiet residential street 5 minute walk from General Hospital and 10 minute drive to the University. Easy access M3 and M271 with routes to The New Forest, Romsey, Salisbury and Winchester. Local bus routes to the City Centre including West Quay Shopping Mall and Ocean Terminal. Tesco local within walking distance and larger supermarkets a short drive away. The high standard of decor and facilities will ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The Space You will have full private access to this stunning detached bungalow with off street parking for 2 cars. A lockable side gate to the back garden ensures secure storage for bikes etc. There is central heating, and a heat exchange ventilation unit ensures that there is fresh air flowing throughout the house. There are 2 good sized double bedrooms with full length mirror wardrobes with plenty of space for hanging and storing your clothes. The bedside tables each have a lamp and there is a charging plug for you to use in both rooms. The additional single bedroom is small and has a chest of drawers for you to use. All of your linen and towels are provided and there are more covers for those extra cold winter nights in each bedroom. In the bathroom, the shower is a comfortable size and we have provided you with soap, shower gel and shampoo as well as a supply of toilet paper. In the sitting room you will find a 2-seater settee and 2 armchairs for a cosy chat or watching a programme on the smart television set. You can settle down to read one of the books, or play one of the games provided to while away the time. The Wi-fi provided will enable you to work at the dining table if you need to, or simply enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is well equipped with pans and cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery to enable you to cook for yourself or call in a takeaway. In addition to the kettle and toaster, there is a coffee machine with a variety of pods and a selection of teas. Other basic pantry supplies are provided to begin your stay including milk, cereals, sugar, salt and pepper. The microwave and oven are integral and you can leave the washing up to the full-size dishwasher using the tablets provided. There is a washing machine (pods provided) and tumble dryer for your use, or you can use the washing line in the garden. For those formal occasions, you can use the iron to make sure you look your best.
Barbara was very responsive and proactive active with instructions and this place was amazing if I am down in the area working again it will be the first place available I will be looking at as it was home from home

Extremely clean bungalow, comfortable beds, all necessary things supplied. Good communication - I had a question about the EV charger and Barbara replied very quickly (charger works very well). Lovely Easter cupcakes on arrival.
They were very responsive always getting back to me immediately. The house is spacious and clean. The neighbors, very friendly. Southampton is a beautiful and friendly city. I went there for work and found the neighborhood quiet and the house wonderful to stay in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much!
