Great host that was very accommodating and friendly. It was a pleasure speaking with her. I would recommend this place if you're looking for good value on a budget, but not if you're able to move closer to the city. It's not very walkable. But if you're just looking for a place to crash, it's very nice on the inside. Look up the location before you book to get a sense of if it's the right fit.

Since checking in to the apt, my niece consistently encountered bad neighborhood situations and unsafe incidents. She was chased and verbally abused one day and on the subsequent day was threatened sexually. She also witnessed drug peddling right outside the apt. It was impossible for her to live in these conditions and she had to vacate the place immediately and the reservation was canceled. The host did not agree to refund the portion of the rent that was not used. Airbnb should be accountable for allowing hosts put up a listing and NOT providing accurate information on the location/neighborhood. In a city like Baltimore where safety is not at its best, this information should be available to the customers. The approximate marking of the area before finalizing the accommodation doesn't help here. The safety of customers should be priority #1. Safety inside the house as well as the immediate surroundings and location. Very unhappy and disappointed with this experience.

Well-appointed, clean modern space good for a single person or couple to spend a short stay in the city. New appliances, comfortable, welcoming. Marci was responsive and helpful.

Great room for a great price. I stayed here for a week and the owner was very nice and accommodating. You have access to the kitchen which was a wonderful! The tenants who live in the home are very nice as well.
