Overall, we had a good stay. When we first arrived, we did notice a weird smell and the place wasn't the cleanest. We had to go out and buy a few cleaning supplies for ourselves to make us feel a little more comfortable. We contacted the hosts to let them know and they were very understanding/helpful. The neighborhood was a little loud with some cars nearby, and the area was a little rundown. Overall, it was an okay stay at a reasonable price.

In an older neighborhood but still felt safe. Close to everything. Our second time staying here while in Dayton at WGI. It’s a perfect place for us.
