Overall a cute location and quaint home. Missing an iron (but host offered to bring one later) and could have been cleaned a little better (some leftovers in the fridge). Had a hiccup with the door lock, but we eventually resolved it.

Locating the house and settling in was incredibly easy. The location was superb, just a 10-minute drive to all the places we wanted to visit - shops, restaurants, the beach, and even the winery. The house itself was tidy, peaceful, and conveniently close to the pool. Our time was predominantly spent exploring rather than indoors, and Jamie was quick to provide us with recommendations. They also promptly informed us about the low battery on the front door, assuring us they would swing by to replace it. We were thankful to have it addressed before it posed an issue. Without a doubt, we'd choose to stay here again!

Jamie is an incredible host. The house is immaculately cleaned and has such a safe, cozy feel to it. I love the screened in porch, we spend most of our time out there. Jamie is always so consistent about sending the information to get in the day before, along with all other applicable information. She responds super quickly and is always friendly and has been patient with any questions I have. I appreciate that she goes above and beyond in her answers. Bethany is a great location, lots of great food options and fun things to do with Rehoboth so close. The thing I really appreciate is that the beach is never packed during the week. This is the 3rd year I’ve stayed at Jamie’s beautiful home and I plan to keep coming back.

I felt very comfortable, the house was so clean and inviting. Had all I needed to cook. Pool was awesome. Area was very close to the beach and mini golf, etc. Jamie was so helpful with questions I had on surrounding restaurants and activities. I will be back next year!

Jamie’s home is beautiful so comfortable and immaculately clean. It had everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The location was great too. So close to the beach, restaurants, and any type of shopping you need to do. We loved the pool as well. I would recommend Jamie’s home to anyone wanting to explore Delaware’s beaches. P
