Nice place to stay. Clean and tidy. Wouldn’t call it comfortable - the living room furniture is more for aesthetic than comfort, and the bed wasn’t super comfy…but it was clean and served its purpose.

Owen checked in with us daily and was super communicative during our stay. The dumpsters were the only trouble we found since there aren’t clear signs. But once we found them, smooth sailing. The spot is close to hammocks beach park which offers a ferry to bear island. It’s also wedged between swansboro and Jacksonville so there is so many restaurants and tourist attractions. Also a short 28 minute drive to Emerald Isle beach. Gorgeous location. Amazing host. Wonderful space. Super pet friendly! The price is worth it. It was just my husband, myself, and our dogs. Washer and dryer access and full kitchen with lots of different equipment. If you’re filleting fish you may want to bring your own cutting board/knives. No grill. But COLD AC!! Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had in this area.

Owen was a great host- extremely responsive and attentive to any needs! The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. A great and easy stay!

Great host, great home, very clean. The area is very peaceful and safe. The patio area was helpful for our dog also. I would highly recommend this home and Owen.

This place was absolutely amazing & so beautiful! I most definitely recommend coming to this place if your ever in Jacksonville, NC! We will most definitely be using the place when we come back!
