The "Andrea Doria Holiday Village" is a small charming village with many holiday apartments, just 100m from the sea. The city centre is only 1.3km away. Our accomodation on the first floor have all the same layout and features. They comes with two bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with barbecue and a free parking space. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 people. Our holiday homes inside the Residence Andrea Doria await you, for your pleasant beach holidays in the heart of Marina di Ragusa! The sandy beaches are free to use and are only 100m away, just cross the "Lungomare Andrea Doria". The location of the Andrea Doria Apartments is enviable! Beaches, bathing establishments, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all located within 500 metres of your holiday home! First floors apartments have exactly the same internal and external composition and services. Each holiday home is composed of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. The terrace is covered and provides outdoor furniture in order to be used for pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air. On the terrace, there is a brick barbecue. Each holiday home at the Residence has a private parking space and a free Wi-Fi service. Services Included: Rates include: Bed linen and towels - Initial and final cleaning - Utilities: water, electricity and gas - The kitchen is equipped with crockery and accessories - Weekly change of towels and sheets. Das Ambiente ist gut gepflegt. Es gibt Parkplätze und auf den Matratzen kann man sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil es eine Gasherdplatte ist. Die Lebensmittel werden ultra schnell erhitzt allerdings nicht gut durchgekocht. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut. Alessandro hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Ich finde es schade, dass man für ein Babybett nochmal extra zahlen muss und eine Steuer, dass kommt zu der Zahlung hinzu. Das war mir so nicht bewusst. Es ist keine typische Airbnb Wohnung, sondern ein Unternehmen, welches Wohnung in einem Resort vermietet. Deshalb hat es nicht den typischen Airbnb Flair, dass man bei jemanden zu Hause vorübergehend wohnt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist direkt am Strand und 15 Minuten Fußweg am Zentrum. Prinzipiell eine gute Wohnung und hat auch das nötigste was man braucht, sogar einen Föhn, was ich sehr begrüße :-) Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt, es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung.

Close to many restaurants and beaches. The communication was fast and easy. I can recommend staying here.
Very cute and well equipped apartment that suited our needs perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the location was nice and peaceful away from the center of town but close enough to walk or a short drive. The outdoor terrace was nice to have to eat or have a coffee. There is a rocky beach across the street and a sandy one about a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, espresso machine and dishes but no other cooking supplies such as salt, pepper or olive oil but there is a major supermarket about a 3-5 minute drive away. We enjoyed the stay at Alessandro’s place!

The Andrea Doria holiday apartments is a perfect place for a quiet and comfortable holiday in Marina di Ragusa, located on the south-east coast of Sicily, in the heart of the famous "Noto Valley", part of the Unesco World Heritage list.
Very close to the Village, within 2 minutes walk, you will find many services, about six different restaurants and couple of bars. There is a supermarket only 500 metres nearby.
Crossing the street, in-front of the Village, a play-park offers different games for children, sports equipment and a small play area for your dog! Making this spot perfect for families with young children.
The closest "Lido" to the VIllage is just 250 metres distance, for those who want to have pleasant lunch and dinner by the sea or for those who wants to rent sun loungers for a day at the beach.
The best way to arrive in Sicily is by plane.
The nearest airport to Marina di Ragusa is Comiso, just 30km away, or Catania airport 125 Km. From the airport you can get a bus, rent a car or book a private transfer.

There four airports in Sicily: Comiso, Catania, Palermo and Trapani.
The nearest airport is "Pio La Torre" in Comiso, just 30 km to Marina di Ragusa.
The main international airport “Fontanarossa” in CATANIA is about 125 km.
There are also “FALCONE e BORSELLINO” in PALERMO about 300 km away and "VINCENZO FLORIO-BIRGI" in TRAPANI about 345 km away.

From Comiso Airport to Marina di Ragusa: (distance 30 km)
From Comiso Airport you have to take the direction to Santa Croce Camerina and then Marina di Ragusa.
From Catania to Marina di Ragusa: (distance 125 km)
From Catania you need to take the SS114 towards Ragusa and then proceed for the SS194, then you want to get into the SS514 and then off into the province road SP25 “Ragusa - Marina di Ragusa”.
From Palermo to Marina di Ragusa passing throug Catania:
You need to take the highway A19 towards Catania, from Catania follow the indication written up.
From Siracuse to Marina di Ragusa:
From Siracuse you need to get the hughway E 45 from "Siracusa to Gela" but you need to get out to Rosolini because it is on working progress. From Rosolini you proceed to Pozzallo and from there you need to follow the sea side to Marina di Ragusa
From Trapani to Marina di Ragusa:
Take the highway A29 towards Palermo and than take the highway A19 towards Catania.
From Catania follow the indication written up here.
