Fantastic stay at Greenknowes Farmhouse. The hot tub and the bar are great features and ensured that we had a great time. Hosts Yvonne and Gray were also brilliant, very responsive and eager to help ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thanks to you both!

Perfect location, the villa is beautiful with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and much more! Gray was a wonderful host, very helpful, very friendly, very welcoming, very respectful, very responsive and understanding our needs! I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to recharge their batteries, who wants to relax and want a dream holiday!!

Absolutely brilliant hosts👌🏼 Very effective communication from start to finish. Gray contacted us on the day of check in, to check we had the correct address and knew how to access the property and assured us to travel safe. We arrived at the cottage and Grey showed us around thoroughly. He even organised all 11 of our party a taxi into Edinburgh on a Friday night and added bar recommendations for us. I cannot fault a thing. The house is beautiful and exactly like the photos also. Brilliant weekend spent here thank you so much!

The house is lovely. Exactly as shown in the pictures. There was lots of room for the 12 of us to feel very comfortable. The games room was a great addition and provided hours of fun! The garden is very secure which meant we could relax with the dogs as they couldn't escape. Easy access from the M90 which is ideal!

We had a lovely stay as a family of ten and three dogs for a long weekend to celebrate a special birthday. The Farmhouse was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped for our varying needs and ages. The little touches, such as the welcome pack and the hosts greeting us on arrival, didn't go unnoticed. The games room with bar, hot tub, Jacuzzi bath and cosy lounge made for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. We would highly recommend staying here.
