Always a pleasure to stay at David and Kathleen's cottage! I've stayed many times now and always feel right at home. I've already booked a couple more stays as this is my favorite Airbnb in Fresno and it books up fast! It is a great location in a safe neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and shops near by, and it is always very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend!

David and Kathy’s place was cozy and comfortable. Felt at home sitting in the living room and chatting with my family. The house was clean and beautiful. It was a shame we could only spend one night. I will DEFINITELY stay at their house on my next trip to Fresno. Highly recommended.

Our overnite stay at David and Kathys place made for a fun and peaceful trip to Fresno. We were tired after our long drive and their charming adobe guesthouse was exactly what we needed. David gave us a warm welcome and helped us with the gate. he didnt need to, the gate is totally easy and we could do it on our own but he was just super nice and helpful. There are two huge trees just outside the guesthouse so they greeted us as we parked for the nite. The guesthouse was adorable-its true adobe construction which i love. The way they've decorated it made for a warm and cozy interior which is what we needed due to the cold weather this time of year. The property is quiet. There were no sounds of traffic, sirens, planes overhead so we slept peacefully. Its withinin walking distance of good restaurants for dinner and breakfast-but we live in the city and dont own a car so we are used to walking everywhere. I would totally stay here again in a heart beat.

Hosts were responsive. We booked and paid for 4 days but only used one due to pet emergency and allergy to hosts cat. The place was cute and cozy. The snacks were yummy ( great for this stressful situation).
