I'm very happy I chose to stay here. it's well outside the city so it's very peaceful. there's local markets within walking distance. I stayed for a month and spent a few nights away, but each time coming back the place felt like home. the owner was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in davao

Thank you so much, Malcolm for allowing me and my friend stay in your place. We're from Manila and went to Davao to visit our colleagues at work. We are remote workers and work at nights. We booked the house a day before the actual date of checkin because the first airbnb we booked was already reserved for the rest of the days we're staying in Davao. Malcolm allowed us to checkin earlier which gave us more time to rest. The neighborhood is quiet except for some cats at night but it was tolerable. The house was clean, has fast and reliable internet connection so we were able to work seamlessly. Malcolm and his wife visited the house the next day which was also included in the description though I personally think it somehow invades privacy even if they only stayed outside to do some cleaning. Some of our work colleagues visited us there to make sure we are in a safe place. Overall, it was a great place to stay with a homey vibe. Thanks again!
