The pictures describe a well maintained, modern aparment with a jaccuzi in La Gomera for a high price compared to other offers on the island. First of all at the checkin I was asked to hand in a deposit in cash, of which the host did not inform me. Disaoppinting is that the premise is not well maintained. Water in the jacuzzi had a greenish tone and around the sides had sediment. Interior is freshly renovated and has a modern kitchen, bathroom and well planned lighting. What was offputting was that the towels in the bathroom were so much used that they looked like rags and we had to use our towels. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean, they had stains on them. The AC worked fine and waed up the place but once You turn off the AC, it gets cold instantly. If only the property would be cleaned much better, the expirience would not be as disappointing as it was. Hope to see future improvements.

This booking was my worst experience using AirBNB. Imagine being on an island with a supposed properly vetted host that simply never responded to attempts to confirm check-in upon arrival as well as all communication?! Rude and inconsiderate don't even begin to cover my thoughts. I cannot give an accurate assessment of the interior of the place because, yes, the host ignored me! I can say the other units and surroundings connected to the host's restaurant appeared less than ideal. All this uncertainty was only matched by scrambling to find accomodations, which were limited at best. I would give NO stars if AirBNB would permit it. I not only would never recommend doing business with this host but also believe the host should never be allowed to rent via this platform.

logement très sympathique avec son jaccuzi, très bien situé et propre, mais il manquait de la vaisselle, les plombs sautent facilement et surtout le logement est géré par le restau en dessous qui du coup est trop occupé pour être avec vous : instructions peu claire à l'arrivée et une heure d'attente pour pouvoir faire le checkout
