Der Aufenthalt war super, Sandra war immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation war echt toll. Immer wieder gerne wenn ich auf der Insel bin.

Not a pleasant experience. -Hot water issues with only about 2-3 min of water before it went cold. On the 7th day, we were there. The manager decided to replace the hot water tank. -Problems with both toilets not flushing due to water not filling the toilet tank. -Sink in the main bathroom was plugged, resulting in me having again to contact management to fix the problem. -We had plumbers and management come into the unit 4 days the first week to deal with toilets and the hot water tank. Not what you'd like to deal with when on holiday. -I even had to call management to replace the clothing hangers as the available ones were corroded and sticky. They were very old. -Also, still no door knob on the main bedroom door. -Beds were hard as hell, not great for those staying there 20 nights. Especially for my elderly parents, which I felt awful for. -Constant daily dog barking from neighbour's dogs. -Although I do appreciate that management heard our concerns and reimbursed us 30% of the first seven nights of our stay, I would expect everything to have been in working order before anyone had stayed at the apartment. It was a disappointment. Poor management on their part, if I'm honest.

I recommand this apartment . A very pleasant and large apartment , well located , close the city center ( 5mn walking ) and a shopping center . We enjoyed our stay

Checkin was great, Ricardo greeted us and gave us useful information to get around. Apartment was clean, great view and everything we needed. Super close to the shopping centre and walkable to the Portas do Mar.

+spacious +good location +Cleaning during stay -the flushes in the toilets did not work occasionally and there was some bad smell -there is a load at the house that needs grounding as you could feel a mini electric shock at the kitchen sink If these two are fixed (especially the second one) this place deserves 4 or 5 stars as everything else was fine.
