We celebrated a white Christmas this year in this beautiful historic inn. We had a family reunion with five siblings and their families spending time with one of my sisters who was recently diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. This place is great for a large family or a few smaller families visiting the area. Lots of space, bedrooms, bathrooms, even had 2 separate laundry facilities. As far as ski resorts, about 15 minutes to beaver creek and 30 minutes to vail. The place is easy to find and right off a main road that is not too busy. Not much to do in Wolcott as far as restaurants or shopping, but it is peaceful and quiet. Edwards and Avon are near by for those needs. We spent alot of time at the property just hanging out. Nice large family area with a fireplace to eat and socialize. Capable kitchen. The property manager Jamey was super nice and communication with the owners was fairly quick. Our family loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and well appointed. Suited my taste perfectly: tasteful, eclectic and creative. this was a perfect spot for our two families to all be together to participate and celebrate our niece's wedding weekend. we could enjoy all the festivities and retreat to the calm environment of Wolcott Inn. Only drawback is that now the Inn is located between two busy highways which do mar the setting. but the house was still quite quiet inside. Hosts are lovely!

Our stay at the Wolcott Inn could not have been a more perfect holiday destination. From the wood burning fireplace to the extremely comfortable beds, the accommodations were cozy in every way. The kitchen was perfectly equipped to handle all the cooking for our group making meal times easy! The location was private yet close to all the attractions we participated in which included dogsledding, sleigh rides, and skiing at multiple resorts. The hosts were very helpful with bookings, equipment rentals, and recommending the best restaurants and fun places for kids. We loved our stay so much we’re considering making it a yearly tradition! It would even be great in the summer for all CO’s summer sports!

This place was just what we needed and worked perfectly for us. 8 guys in town for some off road motorcycle riding in Gypsum, and we each had our own rooms. Plenty of space to share meals at home also. Lots of bathrooms. Hosts had good communication and check in and out was easy. We would stay here again next trip! Thanks Jan Marie!
