Amazing amazing amazing stay in Klima, super unique Airbnb, incredible sunset views on the water. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip. Niki is an incredible host, very friendly, great local recommendations, she is responsive and helped us resolve an issue with the hot tub in less than a day! The kitchen was stocked with some food and a bottle of wine, some beers, lots of bottled water as the tap water on the island is not advised to drink. There also a pair of binoculars, a snorkelling mask, new slippers and similar little touches that just make the stay that much better! Definitely go on the catamaran tour Niki recommends, it was our favourite day on the island! Would 1000% return for another stay with Niki :) thank you so much.

Our stay couldn'thave been any better. Due to a late running ferry, and sea conditions we arrived at midnight. Niki kept in constant contact throughout the entire process. Upon arrival the keys where in left in the door as she had promised. Once inside it was apparent that great attention had been paid to the rental. Niki is an immaculate host. Very clean, and tastefully decorated. The modern updates to boathouse were a sign of commitment by the host. Niki had several suggestions for beaches, sightseeing, and restaurants. All of which we experience was excellent. From parking at the restaurant the walk to the boathouse was quite scenic. As suggested we carried our essential needs. The boathouse atmosphere was genuine with the sounds of the water gently lapping on the shore. Also received welcome, and frequent visits from friendly nearby cats.. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Niki for a memorable, and enjoyable stay.

Niki went above and beyone to make her home feel like home. We had everything we needed and more to make our stay enjoyable. She was very responsive through the check in process. The only thing I’ll say is that it’s a little tricky getting to the house as you have to carry your luggage from the nearby restaurant and across the beach. The home itself is beautiful though and the views from the deck are gorgeous.

Niki is an incredible host. She has thought of everything you may need. She is generous and her flat is fabulous. We loved our time on the deck in the mornings and at sunset. The walk to and from your car is colorful, just mind your steps and the waves. We highly recommend this spot in Kilma. Thank you again Niki. We'll be back.
