Wonderful last minute booking at this 17th century old Cottage in the grounds of Maesmor Manor. The pool is an absolute gem of a find. Not sure I’ll find a better private indoor pool on AirBNB. The cottage was spacious and comfortable. Johanna kept us in wood and kindling all the time we were there. The converted garage has a view over the river Deer and has bifold that open out so you can bring the river noise inside with you. Superb. Only slight issues with the hot water and heating bug Johanna was extremely responsive and proactive in coming to help. We texted her our preferences over times to have the pool ready for us twice a day and it was always lovely and warm. Would definitely come back. The kids had a Great time. Forever memories made here. The surroundings were lovely too. You can walk through the farm and up through the estate.

Thank you so much to Philippa and Alex and especially to Johanna for looking after us all so well. This was such an amazing place to stay and perfect for 5 children to play in the pool, run around the gardens and on the tennis court and down by the river. We were spoiled with a beautiful, warm, fun pool to play in everyday and a lovely house right next door with a big playroom and games. Could not recommend more as a great place to to stay in a very beautiful part of the world with lovely hosts. Thank you all so much again.

A Perfect Getaway Oasis with Outstanding Hospitality. My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the experience was marked by outstanding communication, unwavering hospitality, a peaceful atmosphere and an amazing property. The hosts' communication was exemplary. They provided clear instructions on locating the property and went above and beyond by extending a courtesy call before our stay. This thoughtful gesture immediately set the tone for the level of care we would experience throughout our stay. The hosts were on hand, but it was still very private. We were greeted by a meticulously maintained property boasting an incredible pool and tennis courts. The entire grounds were a testament to the hosts' dedication to providing a fantastic experience for their guests. Whether playing with the children in the pool or using the private tennis courts, the immaculate property, grounds, and attentive hosts enriched every aspect of our time. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect for families, plenty of space and such a gorgeous setting. The pool was amazing. We can't wait to come back!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful stay. The cottage is super cozy and comfortable. We all commented on the good feel of the cottage with its mix of old and new. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and pool spectacular. We came at Christmas and there was a lovely tree and plenty of firewood. Johanna manages the property and is lovely with excellent communication. We felt very welcomed and at home at the cottage. I wouldn’t hesitant to recommend to stay in Meardy at Beaters cottage. We will need to come back in the Summer to be able to take advantage of all the great, local walks!
