We had a great time. The house was plenty big for 3 couples. The pool was refreshing. You will need a 4x4 to get up driveway. It was a bit of a challenge at first but after the first time we were fine. The location of the home is perfect. Plenty of things to do and plenty places to eat. We love Costa Rica!!

The pool and view are reason enough to book this place!!! We spent some part of every day in the pool relaxing and enjoying the absolutely AMAZING view from the patio. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Horseback riding, Jungle hikes, monkey house, beach and numerous restaurants all within 30min. Robert was great and very responsive. We had a small electrical issue and lost power for 1 day, but he did everything he could possibly do to get it up and working again for us. Overall we had an absolutely amazing trip! PS. Definitely rent a 4x4 if you plan on having a car for your stay. The driveway was crazy, but at the same time super fun, lol!

Robert’s place was definitely worth the journey. The house was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The view really made it worth it.. At first the drive up the hill was concerning, as I live in a very flat area and I’m not accustomed to conquering steep hills. You must have a 4X4 vehicle to properly get up and down, and the turns are very steep and sharp. This made me nervous, but once we grew accustomed to driving up and down, it actually became one of our favorite parts. We even walked up and down with the kids and exercised some days.. it’s a very unique space. My spiritual teacher said if you want to be inspired, go to Costa Rica.. So I did, and this space really created an abundance of heartfelt memories.. So much, we plan on returning. Most of our time was spent outside at the pool or roaming the grounds. If you’re looking for peace and serenity, this is it. Trust me, you will want to stay forever..

Robert was great good communication and he met us at the gate to the community then checked us in himself. He gave us an extensive tour of the property then let us be. We had a few minor issues that were immediately remedied. The entire community is mountainous and the driveway is 22 degrees up w 3 switchbacks. The driveway is made of brick for traction but 4x4 is required. The decks and pool are well maintained, it seemed like there was always someone cleaning it. There is a little street traffic noise on the deck so not absolute silence. We mostly ate on the dining room porch and there was a fan attached to the which was nice when there was not a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped and even had 2 baking trays, pizza pan, oblong pans, casserole dishes, large variety for dishes and silverware also. The entire house was nicely appointed not cluttered. The beds are Central American hard beds but better than most. GREAT LARGER HOUSE
