Jacqueline has a cozy place to stay and her instructions were very clear when checking in. The only thing I found disappointing was that I had asked her for flexibility for early check in and she glossed over my question. If she could not be flexible that is understandable but I did not expect to have my question ignored.

Our stay was very much as expected based on the description and previous reviews. Was great for my wife and I (along with our little dog). Water (temp and pressure) was noted ahead of time and, as others commented, not hard to work around. Instructions, check-in, etc very clear and Jacqueline was very responsive before and during visit. Only thing I can think of that might not be 100% clear from unit description and reviews is that the sitting area (and large tv) is quite small and essentially part of the kitchen area. Was a non-issue for us but might matter for others based on how much time you will be in the unit. There aren’t a lot of accommodation options in this area and, depending on your needs, it would be a mistake not to consider Jacqueline’s place - we certainly will when in the area again.
