This was a very charming home! We loved the front sitting area and the comfortable accommodations. Tim and Hunter were very responsive and made sure the house was ready for guests. Our only obstacle was the 6+ inches of snow that Mother Nature dropped on the area prior to our arrival - parking and walkability became quite tough (info on plow schedules, safe spots to park, etc would have eased our worries). Overall, the house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and is easily accessible to the goings-on Dixon had to offer -- we would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Clean and comfy home. Hunter and Tim are great communicators and made the stay easy. Perfect location along the river and a short walk into town. Would love to stay there again next time we’re in town!

Enjoyed our quiet retreat during a busy weekend! Glad the weather cooperated so we could walk to most of our activities. Great location for getting around Dixon!
