Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Des l’arrivée la maison sentait le propre. Elle est très bien décorée, bien aménagée, et on s’y sent comme chez soi. L’emplacement est parfait, à 2 min à pied du sable, et il y’a beaucoup de chiringuito à magnifiques à proximité. Maria est une note réactive qui a su répondre à nos questions dans la minute. Je reviendrai sûrement !

We were very satisfied with María‘s house at Marbella beach. It was spotless, fully equipped and decorated with style. The house matched the pictures and we felt instantly at home. The house is 2nd row to the beautiful sandy beach in a quiet area. There are several bars and restaurants on the beach for all prize levels. We had problems finding the place and parking our rental car. The supermarket can be easily reached on a short walk uphill. The aircon-heating worked well on the first days which were rather cold and rainy. María and Tobias were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We can definitely recommend this place.

Great place to be, especially during sunny period. Many beach restaurants close by and a nice big private area in the garden where we could sunbathe and relax in the pool.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this superb Airbnb with our family, including our little boy. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the house. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, including amenities for our child, which made our stay hassle-free. The stylish renovation added a modern touch to the property, making it feel like a home away from home. Being just a 2-minute walk from the beach was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to enjoy the seaside whenever we pleased. Communication with Maria was excellent throughout, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would rate it 5 stars. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add more plants to the garden and replace the artificial turf with real lawn, but this is a minor detail compared to the overall wonderful experience we had.

In general, maybe the house is ok in Summer time but not in march. Since we came with 1,5y child, for us it was very bad experience, but maybe it just bad weather which made it so bad. - no floor heating, and the ground is very cold, so our daughter had to wear two pairs of socks and avoid playing on the ground. - very cold in one the bedrooms and bathroom as it seems insulation is very bad, and when we turn on the air heating, it starts to heat up a lot in the other bedrooms and it is becoming to hot in general, but problematic bedroom is just ok… - forks and knifes dirty, glasses dirty. - there is no grass in the surroundings of the house, in the pictures it looks like grass but it is artificial grass carpet. - there is no parking!!! And realistically there is no public parking where you can park the car, so with Children this is a nightmare. I had an issue when it was a storm, raining and the car is parked 400m from the place, i found myself fully wet until i reach the car.
