This house is tucked in a nice, quiet location, about 30 minutes from the city center. The place is safe with a guardian and plenty of parking. It is however damp and there is no central heating (we went in December), only a blowing heater and a gas heater. Avoid it in winter. The kitchen and bathroom are very basic and dated, they need refurbishing. The equipments in the kitchen were very tired as well. We had a flood the first night because the washing machine leaked, and bits of the ceiling fell on our bed. Layla was proactive and sent us a plumber straight away. As long as you don't cook and don't mind a very basic kitchen and bathroom, it's fine.
