To be clear the interior and architecture of the Villa was gorgeous no doubt about it. However our stay was bulldozed with several problems including broken A/C from the past that was never properly fixed- no physical presence of the property manager for the repair, which occurred through midnight. Interior temperature of the Villa reached 28 degrees through the night; unkept yard at the rear of the property; grass was extremely high and was not mowed, broken items in the yard including a trampoline; fault dishwasher creating a clog when running a normal cycle. We also unfortunately had a bathroom leak from the second floor, coming down to the first floor. My review is not to complain, but to make you aware of the ongoing issues at the Villa. The property is listed for sale and there are several problems that needs to be addressed and fixed before staying here. The property manager did their best with the resources they had but all in all I would not stay here again.

This Italian inspiration villa is a Pearl! It can accommodates 12 guests comfortably with 6 rooms! The decoration, dinner plates, etc. make you feel really like in Europe! I will definitely recommend it to all my friends!

The location is exceptionally beautiful and the house is relatively comfortable and accommodates many guests well. The house is a bit run down and when we got there all the towels were wet, but that was a minor inconvenience, as there is laundry on site and we were able to easily launder the towels. Our main concern was communication with the hosts. It often took them a long time to get back to us when we had questions, and some of their messages were unclear--in several circumstances, they changed information or went back on information they had previously given us. Overall the place was great and we loved the site and the area of Quebec. I think the communication with the hosts could have been much improved.
