Great location, amazing staff, and the place was pristine

We only had a sort stay here but it didn't make it any less amazing. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed and the staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Japan.

We had a very difficult time finding a hotel in Tokyo that could accommodate our family of four. Mimaru was absolutely perfect! It was close to train and subway stations, a grocery store, and a number of convenience stores. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, recommending a family-friendly izakaya right across the street for our first night’s dinner that was both delicious and incredibly reasonable! They could not have been friendlier. The neighborhood was quiet, the room was very clean (though the carpet near the door had a slight odor), and the bathroom was spacious. The room was a brilliant use of space, with a little dining table and a kitchen replete with fridge, microwave, and even a cooktop! I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Tokyo!
