Just got back from Kim’s place overall we enjoyed our stay Due to the mattress being a memory foam mattress it was uncomfortable for me due to health issues caused me lack of sleep this is my personal opinion I did approach Kim she was very apologetic Ollie enjoyed hes stay and made friends with one of Kim’s little dogs

Lovely and well thought out cottage in a nice location. The cottage had everything we needed. Kim was available for any questions and we felt very welcome. Thank you for having us.

a fabulous stay at Cold Norton. the place was very well presented and had most things you needed. a few more kitchen utensils like a jug/scissors/ dishcloths, a new tin opener and some comfy lounge chairs , wouldhave made this stay even better than it was. Kim's little attention to detail was great like the mini bar, bottled water, fresh coffee , biscuits, and the adorable dog cupboard. Our sausage dog loved the balls and treats . it was perfect for him to go out and play and be safe and secure. Great value for money would stay again x

Really enjoyed our stay. Kim was an excellent host and kept a lookout as we were driving in the dark. And ensured the heaters were on before we arrived. Nice little welcome pack. an offer of gin and whisky on the drinks trolley. Cute art deco features in the house. Extremely comfortable couch.

we thoroughly enjoyed our few days staying at Kim's. we were in the area for a family get together..Kim's place worked well for us and our dog. kim is lovely and friendly and made sure everything was 👍
