Katy&Paul were great hosts, excellent communication and very accommodating throughout (our kids were very grateful of your generosity thanks!). Location is excellent, especially having a dog with lovely walks straight from the back garden (quickly into the deer park with fantastic views). Recommended pub in Henley was excellent too! Many thanks!

Great little space & very comfortable. Katy was on hand if I needed anything. Good recommendations for local pubs/restaurants. Being able to use the hot tub was a bonus. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Lovely self contained flat with all amenities you would need. Spotlessly clean. Idea location for a really chilled out time. Hot tub was gorgeous too .. would def return . Katy was sooooo helpful too. Nothing too much trouble

Had a lovely two night stay at Katy's place with my best friend. It was really clean and well-equipped. Communication was excellent. Hot tub was beautiful under the stars - it shares a garden with the main house but is secluded enough in the corner for privacy. Thanks Katy for a lovely stay!

A lovely place and exactly what we were looking for. The flat had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, professional and easy going. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The Jacuzzi is lovely, very simple to operate, heated to just the right temperature for our arrival and throughout our stay. The flat was cosy, warm, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. No issue at all to us but as it's been mentioned in another review, the flat is attached to the hosts family home and yes, they have children! We neither saw nor heard a peep from them all weekend and if we had I'm sure they would have been as respectful and charming as their parents. Thank you so much Katy & Paul, we hope to stay with you again one day
