Our guests are all long-term. The guests are mostly business workers or students. No children! No pet! No party! a quiet place here. You can enjoy the kitchen, living room, backyard, and other sharing spaces. We will provide 24 hours hot water, Wi-Fi, basic daily necessities, and camera monitoring. There is automatic control of air-conditioning to keep the house comfortable. We have professional cleaners to clean and disinfect all public areas of the house to keep the house fresh every week.

Very responsible team , very flexible and helpful. Good for long term stay as plaza n shops are 2 mins by car 12-15 mins by walk.

Good location but too many people especially with some people always using the kitchen. Good spot though I was there for 6 months so I saw a lot people come and go.

Bella is always quick to respond to any questions. Neighborhood is located in a good location with shopping centers close by within a 10 min drive.
