I live in a Grade 2 listed residence, located within the charming market town of Beverley. The house boasts four generously proportioned bedrooms, complemented by one main bathroom and two en-suite shower rooms. Beverley offers many attractions, including the historic Minster, an impressive racecourse, a vibrant array of bars, shops, and restaurants, as well as delightful scenic walks for leisurely strolls. 1 night stays available for a £50 additional charge. This house exudes a rich historical charm, characterised by its early construction dating back to the 1730s, adorned with a Georgian front, and later expanded with a 1930s extension. The house offers an abundance of space, ideal for gatherings with family or friends, creating moments of togetherness and cherished memories. Indulge in relaxation within the ample confines of this residence, boasting four generously sized bedrooms, three inviting sitting rooms, a well-appointed & equipped kitchen, and a spacious garden, thoughtfully designed for leisurely enjoyment. Moreover, the garden is complemented by a charming summer house, providing an idyllic setting for relaxing with family or friends.
I would highly recommend Lisa’s come for anyone looking at stay in the Beverley area. So much space, ample bathrooms & toilets & the rooms are huge and very comfortable. Although on a main road, it’s peaceful, private & so much space! Would highly recommend & we really hope to be back soon! Thank you ever so much Lisa!

Highly recommend this house and location. Beverley is just a superb destination with everything you might want for along weekend. Great history, stunning buildings good pubs and handy for great places to eat and drink!
Beautiful period house with original features within walking distance to the centre of Beverley. House was extremely clean, well furnished and equipped. Lovely touches from the host with lots of extras including welcome items and spare toiletries. Great reception rooms with fantastic log burners all ready to light. Garden and outside seating area looked fantastic and we would love to visit again in summer to take full advantage.
Fabulous property, very spacious and lovely rooms with unique features. Very clean and beautifully decorated with a modern touch that still supports the age of the house. Lots of space for 4 couples and a bonus having two rooms with en suite facilties. It was a bit cold to be outdoors but the garden area looks beautiful too and plenty of space to relax and socialise outside. It’s an easy walk into Beverley which is a busy thriving market town with many individual shops, coffee places, restaurants and a big Saturday market! We were impressed with the hustle and bustle of life there. Plenty to do and see in a weekend and retire back to a lovely house at the end. Lisa has been a great host, very responsive and helpful and our welcome pack was a nice bonus. We’d definitely recommend her property to others. It feels like home-from-home but even better.
