The night I had to check in to the place host just disappeared. We agreed on check-in time and when I arrived he didn't pick up the phone, just completely disappeared, I could not reach him through Airbnb as well. I had unplanned expenses, booking a hotel room for that night, and going to a different area. The next day he wasn't willing to check me in straight away after I had to check out from my hotel, after me reaching the support team of Airbnb he agreed to check me in faster. All in all this host is not a polite person he wouldn't talk to me in the common areas of the place, I felt very unwelcome there. I love to travel and meet new people but this experience was my worst one, one night this host started knocking on my door at 2 a.m. I got scared, good I had my room locked. The next day he explained that I have left the water heater on, which he never told me to switch off, so much miscommunication in his household, and there are no house rules written anywhere. Just be careful and better pay more but be sure that the host will be more into the hospitality business.

Olaleye is a good host, treats guests with respect, he is ready to help at any time, and can also give good advice. I recommend.

El departamento es nuevo, cómo figura en las fotos y la habitación espaciosa, como así también el baño. No lo recomiendo para alguien escrupuloso porque le faltaba limpieza y detalles como un juego de sábanas completo (solo estaba la funda de abajo). Como llegué tarde por un malentendido mío, opté por no decirle nada porque tuvo que retrasar un compromiso que tenía para recibirme. Quizá hubiera repuesto lo que faltaba, no lo sé. Markasala está un poco lejos de todo pero bien conectado con paradas de bus cercanas. Es una zona sencilla, y a pesar que parece algo insegura al principio, en realidad no sentí luego ninguna sensación de inseguridad. Se nota que viven malteses. Puse 5 estrellas porque Olaleye se mostró muy atento a lo que necesitara y cómo pasaba mucho tiempo fuera del departamento, me escribía para saber que todo estuviera bien. También se mostró muy dispuesto a ayudar incluso luego de la estadía si tenía un contratiempo. Me explico bastante y su información fue muy útil. Yo considero estos gestos muy valiosos cuando se viaja por Airbnb. La playa cercana es popular, muy urbanizada y 0 arena. Hay un paseo de trekking con lindas vistas a la derecha del ingreso pero nada que valga especialmente la pena.
