Carter was a fine host. The refrigerator broke and though he was on vacation, it was very easy to communicate with him to get it replaced very quickly.

Carter’s place was perfect for my needs — 6 week stay with 2 young dogs! The neighborhood is quiet and I felt quite safe. Wi-Fi was speedy. Carter responded to my texts within minutes. He provided access to his washer/dryer — just a few steps from the unit. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant 3 month stay for a short-term work position. Host was always able to be reached. Close to freeway, airport, restaurants, gas, and parks. Kitchen is equipped with cookware and tableware. The place was very clean upon our arrival and aside from the airport traffic the neighborhood is quiet. Washer/dryer are available and the place is dog-friendly. Convenient walk to downtown Burlingame or the train station.

Carter was a great host. Friendly and responsive. The place was very clean, very private and quiet. It was well located near a lovely park and walkable to downtown. Really enjoyed my stay.
