Patten is a quiet little gem of a town. A perfect location for eclipse viewing, and very peaceful. Nearby to Baxter State Park, and Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. Michael and Kim's place offers premier access to the area. Their place is heartily recommended.

Right in town, Off of a snowmobile trail. Plenty of beds for a guys trip. Long double driveway for trailers. Clean and spacious. Couldn’t ask for much more, Mike was super responsive.

It was a great small quiet town to stay in. We didn’t go there and use any restaurant. We were there too snowmobile. It has great trail access snow. This year has been thin but once we got out of town made our way north and west the trails and snow were still very good. There are some great places to snowmobile to for food and places to see we really had a great time.  there were seven of us and there was plenty of room at the house when we got back at the end of the day. Kitchen is really good size plenty of room to sit down and eat and plenty of room for everybody to sit in the living room at night I would definitely use it again

This home met our expectations. It was very clean and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The communication was excellent. We will certainly book again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. SxS riding was GREAT too.

Great house, with nice interior layout. Nice big yard and close to a lot of our favorite places to tootle around to!
