非常方便，就在路边上很好找。附近就有加油站、便利店，还有餐厅好像不过我们没有去不知道好不好吃。出行方便，往北到Indooroopilly，往南到Sherwood，都有shopping center可以购物用餐。 房东回复信息很及时，也很nice。我们因为航班上午就到了，问能不能提前入住，回复说当然，他就把钥匙提前放好，还说如果太早到话，他可以一早来帮我们开门，大大的赞！ 到了门口我因为没仔细看入住指南，还打电话给房东的（真不好意思），房东也很耐心的指引我怎么进去。 总之，住了4天真的感觉很自在，除了做饭不太方便，就一个小电炉，而且没有油烟机。不过我们因为事情太多也没时间做饭的，所以还好。

Kelly and Nick's flat is spacious and generally good. Just a few notes: - There were flying ants and cockroaches. I had some bites. - It felt a bit uncomfortable and unsafe to use a self-lighting LPG gas stove. - The request message has been dismissed without giving any explanation. Overall it was a good stay, fair to the price.

Pros: Clean, helpful hosts, air conditioning, smart tv, board games, SAUSAGE DOG, garden, lots of kitchen equipment. Cons: Would prefer two sausage dogs but one is better than zero. Note: Thank you for the ride to the train station!

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank both Kelly and Nick in hosting us for almost a month. They are such great people, very helpful and kind. The accommodation given to us was spotless and clean. We loved the fact that it is situated on a busy street , since we never felt out of town and always felt comfortable equivalent to being at our home. The home inside is quiet and very cozy. We were treated to a fantastic air-conditioner which kept us very cool and relaxed all through. The unit comes with all kinds of pots and pans and we pretty much cooked through out our stay. As for eating outside there are so many restaurants within a few mins away, from Ceylon Inn to Little Aladdin on Oxley st and Yum burger on honor street. In fact we had planned to extend our stay but noticed that the unit was booked for months ahead. We are sure all future residents will have a very comfortable, safe stay and will appreciate their stay as we have. We do miss them both dearly, already :'-(

Kelly and Nick were very welcoming and helpful. Their place is a great self-contained option, close to public transport and restaurants/cafes. Our son loved playing with Sox the dachshund.
