Niall's ground-floor flat feels spacious and is nicely furnished and bright. Although it is in a building with other flats the sound insulation must be good because I never heard anything from the other flats. The bedroom and living room windows face a pedestrian lane so traffic noise is very low. There is a big, convenient fridge in the kitchen and a TV that is usable for streaming services but not connected to an aerial. Only a minute away there is a small shopping centre with a Dunnes supermarket and a couple of fast food outlets. The town centre and the station are a 20-30 minute walk away but I believe there are buses.

Great location with access to shopping and take away. A bit of a walk to the town center and rail station but there is a bus once you figure out the schedule. A car would make it easier but you can do without. Regular services from town center to Dublin by bus and rail. Roomy, clean and comfy. It is in a neighborhood so you do get some noise from the amount of foot traffic coming by. Overall good value.

Very handy if you want to stay by the coast near Dublin. Little one bed flat next to local shops and walking distance to the beach and train station. Great if you want to be out and about. Can be noisy at times with the neighbours so not the best if you have children but as two adults it was fine.
