This place was very clean; it also had all those little things that help (baking powder, shampoo, a few basic kids toys) but was not full of half empty ex guest or owner items - the perfect balance. The extra bathrooms were helpful, linen clean, view amazing and right on the beach! All air con and equipment worked well. Recommend!

Exactly as described, proved perfect for our family weekend gathering with some pleasant surprises for the kids. As the living area was so large, we were concerned it would be cold - the reverse AC and fire effect gas fire made the place warm and comfortable when needed. The location is very close to the beach with a canal view on the opposite side of the house where the BBQ is located. There are nice beach walks in either direction. The surprise were the games, toys and PlayStation, all of which kept the adults and kids engaged when needed, and the well-stocked kitchen plus condiments - home away from home. There were a few 'niggles' - no battery in the gas fire controls (quickly resolved), crumbs on the wooden floorboards, and no hair dryer in the master en-suite (eventually found in another room), but overall we really enjoyed having the run of your home. Would love to visit in the Summer - thank you.
