Our stay at the Katakis Villas was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent, and so was their hospitality! The place was simply elegant with the best views. We had a rental car, but there were a few nights we utilized a driver to take us to the harbor for the night life. Any and everything you need is in close proximity. This visit to Chania reminded me of how much I really love the island of Crete, and I intend to reside in one of the Katakis property when I return!

The Katakis Family’s villa was absolutely perfect! The house is beautifully furnished with incredible attention to detail. It was clean, luxurious and comfortable. We loved the pool and fantastic view! The hosts are warm and welcoming! We can’t wait to visit again!!

I stayed here with a few friends for my 30th and we wanted somewhere to relax during the day but also close enough for us to go to restaurants, bars etc in Chania. This villa was so perfect! It’s is SO much nicer than the pictures, the beds are really comfy and the pool is the perfect temperature (and the perfect size for lots of floaties). The views of the sea are gorgeous. It feels quite private even though there are other villas around and not too overlooked at all. The family are also really sweet and drove us to/from town everyday for less than the price of local taxis and we’re always on hand to help if we needed anything. The only downfall is the really loud jets overhead which are quite frequent but not too much bother, just something to note if you’re a light sleeper because they started around 6am 😂

Very clean and brand new house. The owners are very nice and are always there if you need anything. I highly recommend !
