We stayed at Fredriks place for just over two months November December and January a few advisories. 1. Very busy road outside not mentioned cannot imagine peak season. 2 Would suggest binning all bedding and quilts stained and poor quality. 3. Leave guests at least one change of bedding. 4. Experienced rude response from nominated greeters husband next door when we had a concerning problem which we made Fredric aware of thankfully sorted ourselves eventually

From the moment we enquired about the villa the communication was great. The welcome pack and the check in with Jill was good. The villa is a great base for touring the region but a car is needed to make the most of your time. There are lots of great places to eat within a 15 minute drive. My family and I had a great time and it really felt like a home. We will certainly look to visit again in the future.

Great villa with excellent amenities. Children really enjoyed the pool. Would recommend a car hire as restaurants / bars are a good 15 minute uphill walk. Would definitely return.

A beautiful house in a great location. We had a few issues which were dealt with quickly and Fredrik always replied to us promptly. His local representatives were extremely helpful, and check-in and check-out were simple. All in all, a great holiday.
