Recommended. The reception staffs are an excellent service. The apartment is spotless and immaculate. Daily cleaning is perfect. Very easy to walk to Paddington Station.

This is a solid place to stay. The location is fabulous, a short walk to stores, pubs and Hyde park. Taxis were easily obtained right on the main road and the area felt very safe. This is an “aparthotel” style building with multiple units. We didn’t meet our host but the staff that looked after us was thoughtful, responsive and sincerely cared about our experience. We had a few hiccups, the unit wasn’t ready for check in, the front desk said there was a new cleaning team and they were trying to move things along. The good news is the unit was nice and clean and they came in daily to make beds, swap towels and clean the kitchen - fabulous! The washing machine died after one load and they had to call out a repairman, he wasn’t able to fix the machine so they installed a new one over the course of the next few days. Again, the front desk staff was incredible, they literally did our laundry for us since we didn’t have access to a washer, so appreciated! The beds and baths were comfortable and functional and we slept well. There is ambient noise as others mentioned but it didn’t bother us much and it quieted down during the later hours. All in, the unit was a great value for the price, the location was excellent and the staff was amazing. Would recommend and would stay there again as well. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

We really enjoyed this flat and I think best to break it down into three reviews: The Place - We really liked the place. It is underground, which is different, but it was spacious, especially for London, and well stocked. It is right under the reception so you constantly hear footsteps and chair on the tile above, but we got used to that eventually. The proximity to Hyde Park and Paddington made it super convenient and being so close to Queensway meant there were lots of restaurants. We also walked to covent garden, soho, chelsea, and belgravia from our place. Really great. The people - The people who work at the hotel/flat are great. The folks at reception are fantastic people who really care about your stay. We thought the clenaing crew did ok and could have been better. "Alex" or booking agent - I believe "Alex" is actually an agency that rents flats around London. It really did not bother us as their communication was fine but sort of just wish there was more transparency on who we were actually talking to.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is very clean, beautifuly decorated, very practical and well equipped. Location is great : close to Paddington, Hyde Park, etc.
