Full size bed with a Bedgear performance mattress and pillows. a kitchenette with a 2 burner electric stove, microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig machine and pods. (please keep in mind, there is no freezer) - This studio is pet friendly! A doggy bed can be made available upon request. The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer. Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone. Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work. We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program. Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnbs. In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Bringing a four-legged friend along? Ask for one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor! There is also a fenced-in dog park. Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays.

Great experience, and good communication. The place interior was modern and new. It was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable, on the small side. Would stay again if I was in that area. The area isn't the best but the building is safe and has surrounding free parking. I'm sure the neighborhood is turning, some homeless people nearby but common for that area. Overall great stay, very clean and cozy for a quick getaway.

I stayed here for 11 days and it was great! I had my dog with me and the dog park was perfect for him to roam around! The studio apt had the BEST BED I have ever slept in! The only thing I would want differently since I’m a travel nurse is have a dishwasher (only because I’m spoiled and have always had one) Mariana was very responsive!!! Will stay again! Water pressure on the shower wasn’t the best but that’s expected in an apt building!
