Amazingly responsive hosts, helped us out with queries, borrowing a cheese grater and kept our hot tub constantly stocked with wood whenever we needed. Highly recommend!

The caravan is so lovely, beautifully clean and stylish. The location is amazing, very central to lots of tourist sites in Cornwall. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful especially with the hot tub to relax in. The hot tub was so great for my 3 year old too, she loved it. We would highly recommend and would love to return.

Fantastic place to stay as a base to explore Cornwall. Two of us stayed in September and were very happy with our choice. Tim & Jennifer were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The van had everything we needed for a comfortable stay plus the luxury of a gorgeous hot tub, which was lit for us most evenings and ready to jump in after a day of adventuring. We chose to cook some evenings and the kitchen had everything we needed to do this with ease. The picnic table outside was great for eating al fresco!

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at Ruby Barn. Tim and Jen were excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful location although noisy at night from the motorway. Couple of great days at Chapel Porth beach and we were lucky with the weather. Hot tub was great fun as were seeing the cows every morning. Thank you.
