Such a beautiful and spacious stay with pretty much anything you could think of. Our group was 10 adults, and 2 toddlers and no one felt in top of each other. We had everything we needed cook and make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again

House was beautiful and spacious. We stayed here with our friends for President’s Day Holiday. Enjoyed the sauna after skiiing and the kids enjoyed the large space outside. The host let us know ahead of time that the stove wasn’t working but provided alternatives and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen.

Great stay. Amazing property. Wonderful trails, fishing ponds. Well equipped in every way. Tons to do, time went by so fast, we are definitely coming back.

My family & I had such an amazing time at James property, the photos do not do this house justice. There was a total of 12 of us and the home was extremely spacious. The home is fully stocked with everything from kitchen supplies to spices to toiletries, etc. The home was very clean and organized well. We had such a great time and look forward to returning again.

We had such a wonderful time at the Wild Trails Farm! We were two families traveling together (total of 11 people- 5 adults and 6 kids) and our main goal was to use this spot as our base for skiing in Okemo mountain. The place was perfect for the size of our party and each room was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The main kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and even baking plus enough space to dine while enjoying the beautiful views. The downstairs have a great playroom with a pool table and a ping pong table. The wifi signal is great and we were able to use the internet anywhere in the house. The bathrooms were great, always with hot water and good water pressure. There were plenty of towers and bathrobe to go around. The host was responsive and kind. There’s a great area for snow tubing which they actually have available in the garage. The garage is heated and has space for two large cars and it's connected to the house. The place felt safe and secure. Overall I would give this place 5 stars and I’m planning to come back here in the future.
