New house, pretty apartment. Back yard pool, 3 min by foot to the beach but you need to own the car to go to shops or restaurants.

This is a very new apartment that’s walking distance from the beach, extremely clean and prepared for guests Amazing communication all through our stay, and we were grateful for that We stayed here to be close to our friends in Lagonissi but for travelers visiting Greece for sightseeing make sure to collect the bus and metro ticket at the airport kiosks

The apartment is nice and new. comfortable for two with everything inside. In good location for visiting (even walking) the nearby beaches. Only two downsides: there was not actually any beach view (we stayed at the first floor) and the bed though comfortable, the mattress at the leg part touches the support structure. Christina said would look into it. Communication with Christina has been very good. She's very quick in responding and overall we didn't have any issues.

Xristina apartment is well equipped, you will find all you need in the flat which is very useful. The appartment is great, we only regret the mattress in the bedroom that is very hard or old because we felt all the metallic structure, and we didn’t sleep well because of that. The appartement is located not far from the beach. We recommand a car or taxi to discover the area because the neighborhood is not very pedestrians friendly and there is no supermarkets or restaurants in the direct area. Be aware that checkout is at 10 in the morning and there is no flexibility to check out later. Xristiana has been in contact with us during our stay when we had questions, and we thank her for that.

Christina was a gracious host who was quick to respond and assist even with carrying suitcases. Apartment had all the amenities and provided easy access to local beach.
