David and Erica's home was beautiful, accessible, spotless, and very comforting. Truly felt like a home away from home! The pool was great, the bed was cozy, and they were excellent hosts. Will definitely book again on my next trip to Brownsville!

We had a long extended stay at this property and really enjoyed our time here. We felt very at home - it’s even more spacious than the photos show! The kitchen in particular is a wonderful space and well equipped. Anything additional that I requested was quickly supplied by Erica. It was all spotless when we arrived. The outside patio plus garden and pool were a definite bonus and we found the neighbors friendly too. There was a little bit of road noise from Boca Chica Blvd but nothing that was too disturbing and we soon got used to it. Parking was good too. Room for two vehicles. It was a great location for access to S Padre Island and to the port, and everything in Brownsville was only 15 minutes away (usually due to traffic, 10 minutes on a good day)! David and Erica have renovated to a high standard and I would definitely stay there again.

Davis and Erica’s place has everything you need and most importantly the beds were comfortable. The property is located next to a busy street and you do hear traffic and it is hard to back out of your parking space in the morning due to all the traffic. The plus side to that is it is close to most everything. The property also has a couple brick walls and with the moisture in the area the home smelled stuffy and earthy at times. If allergies is not something you struggle with I think you would really enjoy the property.

Beautiful updated condo with shared backyard and pool! Just a short drive from the growing Brownsville downtown as well as south Padre island. The space is comfy and clean with full updates. Would definitely come back!
