Mein Mann und ich waren in den 11 Nächten sehr zufrieden wir waren im Januar und konnten viel unternehmen da die Wohnung sehr groß ist und mega schönen Ausblick hatten konnte wir es auch in Apartment aushalten als es regnete.

Trois semaines en télétravail et vacances avec vue imprenable sur la mer et Corfu pour voisine d’en face. Les couchers de soleils depuis la terrasse sont simplement incroyables. L’ appartement, spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé (très bonne literie entre autres) est parfaitement entretenu par Burbuqe et les petits problèmes éventuels sont rapidement résolus par un hôte très réactif. Pour les restaurants, Manxurane (juste à côté, allez-y de la part de Salvatore) et Fletea Fish étaient nos meilleures adresses.

Apartment is great. Unfortunately a Bit misleading since there isnt any pool. There also wasnt any breakfast eventhough it Said it Would be included. Sauna and ocean view was nice.

Appartement très propre, spacieux, bien situé, belle vue du balcon, équipements de qualité (sauna), par contre, couchage confortable pour 4 mais limite pour 6. Très bonne communication et les hôtes étaient très arrangeants sur l’heure d’arrivée et de départ. En revanche, petite déception pour la piscine. L’annonce et les photos sont basés sur le beau complexe nautique mais celui-ci appartient à l’hôtel en dessous du air bnb et les tarifs sont élevées pour l’utilisation (50€ par jour pour deux personnes).

The apartment is in a great location in Saranda and Olindo is a great host who is willing to go out of his way to help his guests. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short and move to different accommodation due to the loud music from the new club below. The music plays daily till 12 midnight during the peak summer period. Which makes it impossible for a light sleeper like me to sleep early in the front room. In the second room when the balcony doors are closed the sound cannot be heard. However the main bedroom and living room area literally vibrates with the sound of the music even when all the balcony doors are closed. The sound from the club is no fault of Olindo’s and I am very thankful that he refunded us for the days we decided to move location. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful holiday this is probably not the best place. If you are looking to party, then this apartment is ideally located above one of the most happening clubs in Saranda. Also note that street parking is available, however the street does get very busy and it can be difficult to find a spot. You can arrange for parking at the car wash next to the apartment. They charge 1000 Lek per a day to park there. For use of the pool below the apartment the hotel asked for 5000 Lek per a day.
