We stayed for 5 days and our experience could have been better. Stephen is prompt and communicative. He was upfront about a broken tile in the upstairs sink and helped us with the wifi when it was down. There were issues with cleanliness and lack of kitchen supplies. The listing claims a fully functioning kitchen but it’s bare bones. There are some plates, bowls and silverware, but only one coffee mug. Some of the tumblers and bowls were flimsy. There were pots and pans but just one spatula. No salt/pepper. There is a coffee machine but no coffee (only decaf). When we reached out, we were offered $15 credit to buy supplies. This is not helpful when one stays at an Airbnb. We expect what is shown on the listing. Re: cleanliness, there were some sticky residue on the dining table, stains on the shower curtain, some odor in the bathroom and a dusty living room rug. It’s ok if you are just looking to spend the night. We travel to Visalia for work and stay for a week. Unlikely to return

Stephan has been very helpful he let my family stay there without me being and he was more than fair on what was damaged on the price I need to pay him to pay him.. He is excellent to with work with when something goes wrong and he is more than fair and reasonable
