位置很便利 周围都是不错的餐厅 就是房里光线有一点暗 有一间房间里几乎没有阳光 并且门关不上 网络信号不佳 但其余的都很不错 房子很大 也容易找到 性价比很不错

Great place to stay and great host. Mari greeted us and showed us everything in the apartment. We have no complaints except that there are several steps to get to it but we understand that there are no elevators in the old town of Nice, and the door was difficult to close. It had to be shut with great effort for it to lock in place.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at an exquisite Airbnb apartment in the heart of Old Town Nice. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were swept away by the rustic charm, comfort, and impeccable hospitality this accommodation had to offer. First and foremost, the location was absolutely unbeatable. We found ourselves mere steps away from the bustling markets, cozy cafes, and stunning beaches that define the essence of Nice. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted by a traditional warm and inviting ambiance that immediately made us feel at home. At first you may feel that the apartment needed renovation, but very soon you overlook this, and come to appreciate the imperfections. We must commend the gracious host (Dermot & Mari) for their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of extraordinary.

Bel appartement très spacieux au coeur du vieux Nice. Appartement ancien avec beaucoup de charme. Propre et très agréable. La pièce à vivre immense donne sur les toits du vieux Nice, un régal pour les yeux . Commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Merci à Dermot pour ses bons plans restaurant et à Alexandra pour sa disponibilité. Très bon séjour.

L’appartement est idéalement placé !! Il est très spatieux mais très vétuste…il mériterait un peu de rénovation mais au moins il n’est pas hors de prix ! Les hôtes sont très réactifs et flexibles sur les horaires d’arrivé et de départ : merci beaucoup !
