Nice flat but on a very busy road

Tiny Unclean room. Noisy as on a roundabout. Lock to door didn’t work Took 2 hours for maintenance to arrive to fix lock. Fixtures were falling apart. I had a family of 4 and we moved out as felt unsafe.

Mo was a great host as always, I’ve stayed in this room several times and each time the customer service has been good & and the room is really nice.

One thing you need to take note about the £100 deposit they request, they take 5-15 working days to return it, citing their need to process over 70 apartments worth of deposits and reports. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back from Mo, nor any updates about it. Check in process was very smooth, no complaints there. Sarj was very pleasant in directing me in both check-in and check-outs, and the place was well kept with regards to maintainence. He also allowed us for a flexible check in of a few hours before; definitely appreciate that bit on the his end. Place was maintained well, and their attention to detail by the cleaners is very well appreciated as there were no issues with cleaniness whatsoever in the apartment. Overall would definitely recommend to stay, just do take a read of the House Rules and deposit regulations if needed.
