Philippe is a great communicator and facilitator. prior to our visit he fielded several queries and where necessary acted on them to our benefit. Philippe and his wife, Prune, met us at the house well before check in time with a friendly greeting and even friendlier dog. I defy even the most demanding of cooks to find something that is not already there in one of the two kitchens ( one inside one out) . The house is beautiful though only three of the bedrooms have ensuite loos, the others being separate just down the corridor. None of our party found this an inconvenience. The magnificent stone staircase might put those with toddlers off but we had small children with us and the owners have their own grandchildren and had no problems. Outside the gardens are beautiful and there are extensive walks through vineyards and local woodlands. The swimming pool was a welcome relief to the high ambient temperature. The house is about forty five minutes drive from Bergerac Roumaniere airport.

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables à Saint Antoine du Queyret. La maison est magnifique, très confortable et impeccable. Philippe est très disponible. Encore merci pour tout.
