Very safe area in country, had a nice pool, water access for boats. Did let host know about concerns at check out so hopefully corrected for next person.

Overall it was a good stay. The condo was nothing fancy, but I don’t need fancy so it was great for me. It was clean and the furniture comfortable. The host responded quickly. My only complaint was regarding poor instructions on what to do with boat and trailer after asked. Perhaps the host was unsure. We figured it all out but it took a considerable amount of time out of the first day. So for future guests reading this comment (I’d add a pic/map if I could); The boat ramp is down the lane directly behind (north of)the marathon station and past the fish cleaning station. (pay ramp fee in the station). The trailer cannot be stored at the condo (condo rules). Go to main condo office and pay for trailer storage ($5 per day). There are two storage lots within the area, the office will show you on a map. Boat dock is in the North most area where there are multiple rows of docks (closest to the lake)

To say the house wreaked of smoke is an understatement along with the mold. My daughter had an asthma attack so I called and asked if we could be refunded the money to get another place.. he asked me to try another day and wash all the linens to see if that would help. He also said he just ordered new furniture. After the next night, that’s when she had the attack. He refunded the money immediately. Because all the sheets and towels had been washed, and the extra ones used, we had a boat load of sheets. I have always taken linens and towels off and put them in a pile to be helpful and to make sure I didn’t leave anything. 3 days later, I get a note from air b and b saying the guy said we trashed the place and put all the linens in a pile and destroyed towels, not to mention I lied about the number of people. Clearly, I told him about my daughter, if I was hiding something why would I say anything. We had 6 people, paying for a condo that slept 6 people. I would stay away from this one

Was a little disappointed because I thought this was off a lake by the pictures, it’s just a grassy backyard. Literally RIGHT next to the nuclear power plant, which definitely freaked me out. Whole condo smelled like smoke which was also a little disappointing, but over-all, beds were super comfy and clean, bathroom was clean, it was a nice easy drive to cedar point also.
