Great place and would stay here again! You have to be picky to find anything negative. Overall a very beautiful space with all the amenities you could ask for.

8 night stay! Beautiful quiet area. We had a couple glitches but it was all handled and Paul is truly invested and cares about guests experience. Because he is out of the country communicating was a bit delayed but I knew that. I would recommend his place and would love to go back next year.

We had a great stay! The building the condo is in was so peaceful and quiet. I am active and there is a walking path, beautiful scenery. Everything you need is so close. I went to the gym daily, right down the road. The unit was clean and comfy and had everything you would need! Paul was super responsive and I highly recommend his place to stay at if you are in the area. Thanks Paul!

Paul’s place was AMAZING!! My husband, our 3 daughters, and my father in law stayed while visiting family in Palm Coast and we can’t say enough great things about his place! It was so peaceful and the absolute perfect place for our vacation! We will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was more than we expected and felt like home. The amenities were great....the pool was amazing and we saw dolphins swimming in the inlet on our first morning. There was plenty to do but it was never crowded. Paul was a wonderful host, friendly helpful and responsive. It was a great vacation!
